we loved staying at the sandpiper. the twin room was beautifully decorated and extremely clean. the peaceful location was perfect for our conference at the nearby riviera conference centre. breakfast was a highlight, with delicious options cooked fresh each morning!

I was completely enchanted by the adorable floral courtyard that welcomes you as you arrive! The breakfast choices are truly extensive, and being able to customize each morning's meal made every breakfast feel special. Plus, the hosts provide an honesty bar. it’s the perfect way to unwind with a drink right on-site.

the hosts were super friendly and made us feel really welcome. the family suite was really spacious and clean, perfect for our family. breakfast was amazin with loads of choices, we loved the homemade yoghurts! location is great, just a short walk to the sea and lots of restaurants nearby. we enjoyed walkin around the coastal paths, the views were just beautiful.

didn't like that the parking was kinda tight, and it got a bit noisy in the morning with other guests.

We had a lovely family stay with the kids, and they made my son's birthday super special by bringing in a balloon at the last minute! The sun terrace was a great spot for relaxing while the kids enjoyed the garden area. If I had to nitpick, the tea cups in the room could be a bit bigger. 😊

The room was beautifully decorated, clean, and comfortable, making it a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The hosts were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to ensure I felt at home. One small improvement could be adding a fridge in the room for snacks.

I absolutely loved that it was just a short stroll to Abbey Park and the stunning Royal Terrace Gardens, making my weekend walks so enjoyable while soaking up the beautiful views of Torquay's coastline. the hosts were incredibly welcoming and made my stay feel truly special, taking the time to suggest fantastic local spots to visit.
